Exchange Policy

1. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To initiate an exchange, share clear images and an opening video of the package clearly showing the damaged itemvia email or WhatsApp.
  • Once verified, we will process the exchange at no additional cost.

2. Non-Damaged Products

  • Since our products are handcrafted and thoroughly checked, we do not provide exchanges or refunds for non-damaged products.
  • All sales are considered final unless the product is damaged or defective on arrival.

Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Orders can be canceled within 10–12 hours of placement.
  2. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 2–4 working days.
  3. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

International Orders

  • Due to high shipping costs and customs duties, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.
  • However, in exceptional cases, we will do our best to assist.
