We do not offer refunds or returns. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you may exchange your product by selecting another item from our collection. A ₹450 courier fee applies for to-and-fro shipping.

To be eligible for exchange, please ensure the following:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The exchange request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • An opening video is provided in case of any damage claims.
  • The opening video must clearly show the sealed package being opened, without any cuts or edits.

  • Avoid water and direct sunlight.
  • Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Store in the provided dust bag
