We do not offer refunds, and exchanges are only possible in the unlikely event of a damaged or defective product. Please read the policy carefully before making a request.

Exchange Policy
1. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- To initiate an exchange, share clear images and an opening video of the package clearly showing the damaged itemvia email or WhatsApp.
- Once verified, we will process the exchange at no additional cost.
2. Non-Damaged Products
- Since our products are handcrafted and thoroughly checked, we do not provide exchanges or refunds for non-damaged products.
- All sales are considered final unless the product is damaged or defective on arrival.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled within 10–12 hours of placement.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 2–4 working days.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
International Orders
- Due to high shipping costs and customs duties, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.
- However, in exceptional cases, we will do our best to assist.
Important Notes
✔ Every product is handcrafted and quality-checked, making exchanges very rare.
✔ Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours.
✔ Items must be returned in their original brand box & packaging.
✔ We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.
