Exchange Policy

1. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To initiate an exchange, share clear images and an opening video of the package clearly showing the damaged itemvia email or WhatsApp.
  • Once verified, we will process the exchange at no additional cost.

2. Non-Damaged Products

  • Since our products are handcrafted and thoroughly checked, we doΒ not provide exchanges or refundsΒ for non-damaged products.
  • All sales are consideredΒ finalΒ unless the product is damaged or defective on arrival.

Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Orders can be canceled withinΒ 10–12 hoursΒ of placement.
  2. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed withinΒ 2–4 working days.
  3. Once an order is shipped, cancellations areΒ not allowed.

International Orders
