Exchange Policy
1. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- To initiate an exchange, share clear images and an opening video of the package clearly showing the damaged itemvia email or WhatsApp.
- Once verified, we will process the exchange at no additional cost.
2. Non-Damaged Products
- Since our products are handcrafted and thoroughly checked, we doΒ not provide exchanges or refundsΒ for non-damaged products.
- All sales are consideredΒ finalΒ unless the product is damaged or defective on arrival.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled withinΒ 10β12 hoursΒ of placement.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed withinΒ 2β4 working days.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations areΒ not allowed.
International Orders
- Due to high shipping costs and customs duties, weΒ do not offer exchangesΒ for international orders.
